Delivery and Shipping information

Mamma-pillo proudly offers FREE shipping on all orders within Australia, postage rates for all other countries is calculated at the checkout.

All Mamma-pillo’s listed on the website are ready made and in stock, orders are put together ASAP and generally dispatched within 48hrs of receiving your order. Orders placed on the weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

When you place orders you should receive email updates when your item is;

Complete – We have received your order

Processing – When we are working on your order

Shipped – When your item has been dispatched (where applicable we will give you a postal tracking number to track your parcel)

Mamma-pillo are happy to combine postage costs on multiple items to keep postage prices as low as possible. We also allow local customers to collect from our Brisbane Head Office, Please let us know if you would like to collect prior to ordering via the contact page.

Please be aware that our dispatch time relates to the time it takes from when your payment is made to your order being made & packed, then dispatched with Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated time scales are then down to Australia Post. We will provide you with your items postal tracking number so you can track your item via the Australia Post website.

All Mamma-pillo’s are packaged in heavy duty waterproof plastic flat satchel bags for hygiene and ease of postage. Due to the nature of packing and the firm fit of the postal satchel some pillow stuffing compression may occur and wrinkles may be present on covers. Once removed from the  packaging simply fluff up the Mamma-pillo and the Mamma-pillo will return to its original shape. Any superficial wrinkles on the cover from transit will disappear with use or when laundered.

 

Refunds

Please choose carefully we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Mamma-pillo does not replace items that are damaged as a result from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on cleaning, maintenance, product use, abuse, alteration and normal wear and tear.

Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

Mamma-pillo are not liable for any loss or damage caused by third parties during transit once items have been dispatched. We take great care packaging your order and ship all items with tracking numbers so you can monitor your deliveries progress. Please track your delivery with the tracking number provided.
